Jean Paul Gaultier perfume and aftershave
He redefined the traditionally elegant Paris fashion by glamourizing fashion on the street and cleaning it up for the catwalk. A master crafstman and an innovative designer, he won the Fashion Oscar Award, Paris in 1987.

France’s greatest living design eccentric, he’s famous for putting men in skirts and Madonna in an ultra-pointy bra. Luckily, his fragrances are a touch more restrained. The bottle may be over-the-top and snow-cone like, but the fragrance is a highly wearable, floral concoction. Of course, adding your own pointy bra is optional. |

Since Jean Paul Gaultier's first men's collection, he has shown men that they can indulge in the forbidden, and that a kilt or dress can be worn with virility. A reminder to them that nothing in life is totally black or white but always a blend. Just as he made the woman in a corset as the symbol and bottle of his feminine fragrance, Jean Paul Gaultier now transforms the man in a sailor's T-shirt into both the symbol and bottle of Le Male. Notes include Wormwood, Bergamot, Cardamom, Lavender, Orange Blossom, Cinnamon, Cumin, Wood, Musk, Amber, Vanilla, Tonka Bean. |

he fragrance for a 'skin-to-skin' encounter, for both men and women. A warm, sensual fragrance that reunites the masculine and feminine through the most intimate human feature: sensual skin. It contains three major notes: The clear, luminous amber notes are simply radiant. They take you back to the origins of sensuality and provide the fragrance's signature. The musky notes create intoxicating accents. The skin gives off a new, almost animalistic sensuality that is gently erogenous. An infusion made with a real vanilla pod creates an enveloping, smooth yet powdery effect and adds a touch of candied sweetness. A bottle that follows the grand traditions of perfumery, but in an unconventional way. Things are not always what they seem to be: one bottle can be magnetically attached to another for an irresistible encounter, to the second power! The bottle contains a magnetic, sensual, mysterious fragrance. |

After launching Le Male in 1994, Jean-Paul Gaultier is now ready to introduce a second fragrance in the franchise. The new perfume Fleur du Male. The scent has retained the fougere note from the original scent, but is developed around a new olfactory story based on the orange blossom, formulated by Takasagos Francis Kurkdjian. It comes in a white signature bust-shaped bottle housed in a white tin. The visual for the advertising campaign, shot by Jean-Baptiste Mondino, shows a young, smiling man sitting in a bath of white flowers. |

Gaultier says this is the most, "electric, dynamic and energetic" fragrance in his line, and we think he's right. Made from a blend of varied scents - from rose velvet to grenadine to cedar - it comes housed in a bottle stamped with JPG's famous bust logo. |
