Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within the UK

1st Class - £2.95 per order

Orders over £50 will be sent via Recorded Delivery, whereas orders below this value will be sent standard First Class.

Please allow at least 5 working days for delivery. Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail.

If you are not in to receive your order a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office.

Delivery within Europe Airmail - £12.95 per order

Please allow at least 7 - 10 working days for delivery.

Delivery within World Zone 1 and 2 Airmail - £14.95 per order

Please allow at least 10 - 15 days for delivery.

From time to time parcels do get lost in the post, we unfortunately cannot process any claims until after 15 working days since the date of despatch and 25 working days for International post. Please ensure to check at your local sorting post office, they could have attempted to delivery your item but if no one was home to sign for it or the item is to large to fit through the letter box they will have taken it back to the post office. If your parcel is still not there please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist you and take further action.

Privacy & Security

Your information is used by ourselves only and never shared or sold to any third party.

The information we collect is used for ensuring that your order is accurately despatched and for internal marketing purposes only.

All online orders are encrypted using the universally recognised USC SSL security system.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 working days to notify us if you wish to cancel or return your goods purchased. Cancellation requests must be either by email to - cancellations@fragranceonline.co.uk or by telephone on 0843 532 0310.

Please return your products unopened, as sold in their original condition and packaging. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods reach us in a re-sellable condition in order to be refunded.

In addition please supply a brief letter including your name, address, order number and why the goods are being returned.

If you require a refund/exchange, please do not open the goods. It is advisable that a certificate of posting is obtained.

For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any cosmetics that have been removed or opened from their original packaging or that show any signs of having been used unless the item is faulty.

Ordering

When you complete your personal details and place the order for your products on our website and then by pressing submit, you are offering to purchase the goods at the price shown on our website.

The contract for the sale by us to you of the goods that you have purchased is completed when we send you our confirmation of despatch via email unless we have contacted you to inform yourselves that we do not accept your order, this can be a result of one of the following -

• The product(s) you have purchased being out of stock
• Not obtaining a secure authorisation for your payment
• Not meeting the standards set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The price of the products is set out on our website and on the confirmation of your order. All prices are quoted in British Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (IF APPLICABLE). All prices are inclusive of postage and packing, unless otherwise stated.
