Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 working days to notify us if you wish to cancel or return your goods purchased. Cancellation requests must be either by email to - cancellations@fragranceonline.co.uk or in writing.

Please return your products unopened, as sold in their original condition and packaging. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods reach us in a re-sellable condition in order to be refunded. In addition please supply a brief letter including your name, address, order number and why the goods are being returned.

If you require a refund/exchange, please do not open the goods. It is advisable that a certificate of posting is obtained.

For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any cosmetics that have been removed or opened from their original packaging or that show any signs of having been used unless the item is faulty.
